As a member of the Tech Advisory team, you will be supporting in the delivery on a wide range of Top 100 global client projects, tackling complex but exciting transformation projects spanning Media, Adtech and MarTech business issues. You will engage with a range of multi-disciplined stakeholders within our clients’ organisations. We pride ourselves on building trusted relationships built on our digital media knowledge and excellent client engagement skills. We have a clear and defined ‘project-led’ team structure in which this position plays a vital role.
Assist project leads in delivery of complex, multi-market client transformation projects.
Evaluation of quantitative and qualitative client and agency data relating to digital media planning and activation.
Evaluating client’s digital ecosystems and the end-to-end activities from creative inception to media activation and business reporting.
Build effective relationships with key clients and support project leads in delivery of complex programs.
With the support of the Project Lead, assist in building detailed and professional collateral for clients and internal Ebiquity teams.
To support team leads in building effective commercial proposals with local and central client leads to secure additional work for the Tech Advisory team.
The role will require you to develop a good working knowledge of the other Ebiquity service lines so you can seamlessly spot and position Tech Advisory services alongside other areas.
What will you bring to the role:
Excellent digital knowledge, gained through hands-on experience in the industry.
4-5 years' experience but will consider candidates who offer an appropriate balance of practical experience with the right attitude and passion to learn.
Ability to provide and distill insight/narrative from multiple sources, voice recording and multiple sources of documentation
Proven ability to manage senior client relationships
Ensure you are on top of key industry topics with ability to translate and simplify to hold top line conversation with clients and internal Ebiquity teams.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint as well as Mac’s Keynote
Be competent in developing, setting up project plans, and using project management tools, e.g. Asana, Microsoft Planner, etc.
You must be able to communicate your experience and the subject matter (written and oral outputs) in a way which demonstrates clear credibility, whilst ensuring that someone with no experience will understand.
You must be a self-starter with a very strong ability to work without close direction.
You will need to operate within a start-up culture, whilst appreciating that the team operates within a larger organisation.
