Job description



Increasing customers' access to credit to make technology more affordable is core to Dixons' future growth strategy. An opportunity has arisen to join the Credit team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract as Senior Credit Partnerships Manager. You will be responsible for building and growing relationships with Dixons' credit providers and creating compelling credit solutions for our customers

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
• Establishing strong collaborative relationships with third party credit providers
• Ensuring the credit product delivers good customer outcomes, high levels of customer satisfaction and strong commercial returns
• Working with credit providers to define and scope new commercial opportunities
• Acting as a central point of contact for the credit provider back into Dixons
• Securing internal buy-in to progressing opportunities
• Coordinating the delivery of opportunities with internal stakeholders and ensure the objectives are achieved
• Formulating future product enhancement strategies
• Working closely with the Credit Analytics teams to monitor and review the performance of the credit product and identify changing trends/ opportunities to improve overall performance

You will need:
• Deep understanding of UK Point of Sale Finance / Consumer Credit markets
• Track record in creating and delivering commercial value in credit portfolios
• Demonstrable experience of delivering through cross functional teams
• Partnership Management / Account management experience
