Job description


Estates Services Directorate is responsible for the supply, management and maintenance of HMRC's operational estate and the provision of associated support services, including, operational security management, change projects, post and storage. Its purpose is to ensure a safe, secure and efficient working environment for our people which represents good value for money to the taxpayer.

The implementation of the Regional Centre structure is a critical success factor for HMRC's future operating model and Estates are at the forefront of delivering the largest Estates change across Government.

Person specification

  • Knowledge and experience of C-Cure or other access control software.

  • Knowledge and experience of management of security processes.

  • Training will be required to be undertaken on the new security related technology.

    Selection process details

    This vacancy is using Success Profiles , and will assess your Behaviours, Experience and Technical skills.

    Applicants must complete the CS jobs application form and complete the CV section and a personal statement of no more than 1200 words; both are contained within the application form.

    The sift will be conducted based on evidence provided on the CV and personal statement.

    The interview process will assess on the behaviours and technical GPP competency shown within the advert and candidate pack. This will consist of a selection of behaviour and competency questions.

    Feedback will only be provided if you attend an interview or assessment.
