- You have knowledge of numerous tools and techniques applicable to the Agile approach (Sprint Planning techniques, Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, etc).
- Your confident communication style will mean you'll work effectively with people from all levels as well as third party suppliers (including off shore) enabling you to build and maintain partner relationships successfully.
- You'll champion project delivery within Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Holidays, and be an active participant in the Project Delivery Community of Practice.
We'd love it if you hold a formal first or second level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) and use of project delivery tools (e.g. Atlassian JIRA/Confluence) would be advantageous.

You will have experience leading a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, behaviours, and theory.
