My client is recruiting aScheduler / Planner / Administratorin Hatfield on an initial rolling 3 month rolling contract with a view for this role becoming a permanent position. Role Responsibility In your new job as a Scheduler in Hatfield you will utilise your excellent resource planning and administration skills. The role involves logging multiple engineer work-requests onto the in-house job management system and tracking each request through to completion. You will be constantly liaising with both internal and external contacts, ensuring you are giving both excellent customer service and satisfaction by providing efficient and regular updates. Furthermore, you will be confident using different IT systems, with proven experience in the MS suite in particular Microsoft Excel as spread sheet maintenance forms a large part of your day. Naturally you will have the great listening skills and be able to multi task to be able to manage a demanding workload in this fast paced and Service Level orientated role.
Gather information through relevant business systems/tools to ensure that relevant data is recorded for reporting purposes. Provide good customer service to ensure that requests for information are provided to avoid customer escalations. Prioritises own workload ensuring that deadlines and customer requirements are met. Advising and providing support to customers to satisfactorily resolve queries and escalations where appropriate.
