This role would suit an ambitious individual who enjoys driving insight through data, supporting the management the Willis Towers Watson (WTW) holistic suite of offerings for large accounts, and managing complex projects. Excellent exposure to Lead Relationship Managers and senior stakeholders in Western Europe.
This role has two main responsibilities:
Supporting specific Lead Relationship Managers (LRMs) in Western European countries to facilitate cross-sell across our largest clients in Western Europe. You'll develop a great knowledge of how we build a strategy for large accounts and the holistic WTW product suite
Work with the Head of Business Development for Western Europe to provide business development support including pipeline development and analytical reviews of WTW clients. This teams leads the analytics of leading indicators such as pipeline for both CRB and HCB.
Support countries to drive and execute account planning process: We have a significant opportunity to cross sell to our existing client base. We need to support CRDs and LRMs to make this happen
Insight through analysis: Gathers data and uses compelling analysis to identify opportunities to target new clients. Build a compelling story to sell to the business then project manages to execution
Pipeline analysis: Takes pipeline reporting, analysis and insight to the next level - brings together multiple data sources, conducts insightful analysis and reviews of the data then reports to senior stakeholders in Western Europe. Use compelling tools such as Power BI (no previous knowledge required) to present data
Value proposition: Contributes to a combined value proposition for products and services and for Willis Towers Watson in Western Europe. Able to contribute to the build of a compelling story that differentiates us vs competitors
Joint Planning and Business Development: Ensuring that high quality research packs are developed and circulated in advance of prospect planning meetings and that targeted research materials are developed to support ongoing business development initiatives
Global Industry Communities: Maximise awareness of the Industry opportunities within Willis Towers Watson:
Supporting and driving regular updates from the Regional Industry Heads, including newsletters, Town Hall and other internal events - ensuring relevance and use
Ensuring that high profile initiatives and new business wins relating to the Industry are regularly profiled via internal communications channels
Developing bespoke Industry materials and presentations to communicate with internal stakeholders as required
Other Major Responsibilities: Building robust MI for the team, including the maintenance of the client Tier 1/Tier 2 list, monitoring the development of account plans and tracking progress against agreed actions; Supporting all aspects of the joint planning process, prior to, during and following prospect planning meetings; Taking responsibility for preparing cross-selling data, including penetration analyses of key accounts and the identification of growth opportunities; Ensuring that high quality presentation and positioning materials are developed and maintained; Supporting the roll-out of key Industry initiatives and campaigns.
Proven analytical skills and competence manipulating data in Excel, and building compelling story in PPT

IT & systems literate.
Holds all regulatory licences, permissions and technical or other requirements applicable under UK or US legislation and FCA rules and guidelines.
London, with requirement to travel to other locations in Western Europe as needed.
