Job description



Credible to senior sales team members. Ideally experienced in sales proficiency, coaching, and sales productivity initiatives. Experience in facilitation and design of learning sessions to support sales capability is preferred. These will include both formal learning and more informal sessions such as workshops and coaching.

Role responsbilities

• Supports the further development and execution of the Sales Capability programme.
• Conducts individual coaching sessions and accreditations with Sales Reps to maximise sales team proficiency and reinforce proposition knowledge and sales skills.
• Prepares for and facilitates formal Sales Skills training sessions.
• Works with B2B Sales Enablement Team to ensure Product and Proposition training meets the needs of GTM and is used appropriately.
• Support the onboarding process, ensuring the success of new-hires through the GTM induction programme and ongoing training and coaching.
• Works with Product Managers and Proposition Managers to represent GTM and ensure that appropriate sales enablement materials are created for all new products and propositions.
• Supports external sales channels such as BPO's and Partners.
• Engages with Global Sales Excellence to ensure consistency across the group.
• Supports various projects as they arise.
• Must be able and willing to travel throughout the UK.

Experience:
This is a manager level position that requires a minimum of:
• 5 years outside sales experience in complex B2B markets.
• Experience in coaching and sales performance management preferred
• Demonstrable talent and passion for facilitating training sessions and inspiring behavioral changes.

• Must be articulate and skillful in leading business discussions and exploring sales development needs with key sales leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
• Must have the ability to learn new material quickly and lead sessions interactively in a workshop style.
• Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and accountability.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management required.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be adept at creating rapport and building collaborative relationships.
• Must be able to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and pay attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
