What is the Role?
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Sales Director to join us, playing a vital part in delivering our growth strategy.
You'll work closely with the Sector Director to develop and deliver the sales strategy, with growth from existing customers and new logos.
Your experience of consultative selling and complex major bids will enable us to capitalise on new opportunities.
You'll lead, coach and nurture a small high performing team to deliver exciting projects against ambitious sales targets.
What do I need?
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the Telecoms industry. As a sales leader, you'll have proven experience of formulating and implementing sales strategies in B2B sales and delivery with emphasis on large enterprise negotiations.
A successful track record in leading and developing sales teams to build pipeline and exceed sales targets. You'll also bring with you extensive experience of major bids, complex sales negotiations and the ability to build strong and credible relationships with stakeholders and customers.
A persuasive communicator, you can present the value proposition while maintaining a deep understanding of the product and services. You'll understand the challenges and intricacies of operating successfully within a matrix management structure.
It is important that you have the confidence to motivate and influence at all levels allowing you to work collaboratively throughout the business.
