To achieve this mission we need to be engaging with HR & Reward professionals to understand them, their business and their current objectives and add them to our mission.
Responsibilities and Core Duties
Selling complex solutions to HR Selling to multiple stakeholders up to C-level
Working with an average 3-6 months sales cycle
Generating 100% new business along with working a mixture of inbound leads and warm leads passed from rep team
Achieving quarterly targets on new business revenue
Creating and delivering detailed and value-add sales presentations both online and face to face
Managing opportunities through the RG sales cycle
Ensuring quality and consistency in calls and presentations
Developing and maintaining customer networks to maximise opportunities
Ensuring all information is updated and added to Salesforce
Working closing with the Sales Development team to ensure top quality lead handovers
Building strong relationships internally
Wowing our potential clients and upholding the reputation of the business
Experience and Qualifications
Experience of B2B sales is essential
Worked with SaaS products is a must
Having sold to HR would be desired but not essential
Ability to challenge a customer's way of thinking
Strong presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent needs analysis skills essential
Ability to plan and manage a complex sales process
Strong negotiation skills
Experience working in a consultative and solution type sales role
