About the Role
As an Associate Partner your key responsibilities will involve;
Provide reward consulting services to Asset Management clients. Supporting and leading client engagements involving design, assessment and advice. The individual must possess experience in the building of significant relationships ideally with asset management or financial services clients. The requirement is for an individual that has strong technical reward expertise and is looking to utilise those skills in a consulting environment that will deliver revenue opportunities for the McLagan Asset Management team. Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
As an Associate Partner your skills and qualifications will include:
Previous experience providing reward benchmarking and consulting services within the Asset Management or Financial Services space. A thorough understanding of compensation and the issues affecting reward structures Proven experience of mentoring a team. Sales experience with proven success. Experience leading projects and engagements. Degree qualified in a numerate discipline. Strong presentation and communications skills (both verbal and written).
