As part of the Facilities team you'll also have some admin duties, from ordering stationery and coordinating incoming/outgoing post to processing employee expenses, controlling petty cash and booking training and travel, your role will be busy and varied. We'll count on you to give a great first impression to all visitors and provide a high level of support to all staff.
You'll be focused on providing the highest levels of customer service; you'll represent Intrinsic as first point of contact to all visitors and will be an ongoing support service to all staff. You'll be friendly, proactive and always happy to help.
As a key part of the Facilities team you'll be a real team player, able to multi-task and enjoy a busy and varied workload. You'll work well under pressure and be flexible in your approach to accommodate changes in workload and/or requirements, often at short notice.
Ideally you'll have experience in a reception or front of house role, but administration and customer service skills are a must. Some basic finance experience would also be helpful, but most importantly you'll be a self-starter, natural problem solver with loads of enthusiasm.
