Responsible to manage Colt-internal projects (network infrastructure, system) of medium to large size (standalone or part of a larger programme), ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within a predefined revenue/cost plan and to the internal Customer's specification, using project management methodology and company standard processes.
Earn trust and influence up to Director level, Sponsors and Business Owners and deliver to high customer satisfaction.

Responsible for the definition, documentation and successful completion of medium to large sized projects of certain complexity, directing and counselling project team members, and advising customers/stakeholders as necessary on all phases;
Delivers projects to the committed budget, schedule and quality ;
Maintains effective financial and project progress forecasting and reports as appropriate ;
Monitors and controls the allocated human and material resources, associated revenue costs and all capital costs against the project budget ;
Ensures that a change control procedure is in place, and actively used to assess the effect of changes to the projects on costs, timescale and/or resource needs and reports these to project sponsors ;
Builds and maintains a highly motivated team from various geographies, and ensures they are clear on expectations ;
Ensures all key PM documentation is developed and maintained, including Project Implementation Document (PID), Project Milestone Plan, Risk and Issues register, tracking dashboard, weekly reports, monthly stakeholder reports, Lessons learned etc. ;
Establishes a single point of contact for the internal Customer for the duration of the project and agreeing escalation paths and manages expectations for all stakeholders ;
Manages all customer communication during the project life cycle ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project ;
Manages internal and external suppliers to deliver the project on time and within cost tolerances ;
Comply to Colt's Framework for Project Controls for Project Delivery, Governance and Reporting ;
Reports own time and expenses accurately and timely ;
Escalates exceptions quickly to Sponsoring group and relevant stakeholders.
Ensures that own projects are formally closed down, and where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, and that lessons learned are captured and appropriate action taken. Produces appropriate documentation to support these processes ;
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, conversant with project management techniques and performance controls, and measuring methods
Prior direct experience in successfully delivering projects, and in working in a project environment. Able in working in a project environment where a certain level of agility an fluidity is to be managed ;
Demonstrable business (commercial judgement) and financial analysis skills (good understanding of the business, its customers and market drivers)
Strong communicator (verbal, written, presenting), leader and coach
Excellent inter-personnel and stakeholder management skills, capable of:
Influencing/engaging at Director and (E)VP-level
motivating high performing teams
delivering excellent customer satisfaction
Highly self-motivated, self-organised, flexible and creative
Excellent team player and able to work in an international team
Products, Marketing & Sales:
Plan and project manage the work stream of ensuring the products readiness in the new market.
NW build and commissioning:
Plan and project manage network build rollouts and commissioning for Layer1/2/3 platforms by working with Colt internal teams and external suppliers.
Ensure network is handed over to BAU teams successfully adhering to Colt's handover acceptance criteria.
Site Relocation & Customer Services Migrations:
Project management of network PoP/node/site relocation & associated existing customer services migration to new network by working with internal teams as well external vendors ensuring no impact to customers experience.
Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field
5-10 years of relevant experience in managing projects
Industry recognised project management qualification, such as MSP/PRINCE2/PMP/Agile
Fluent in English
Verbal conversation skills in German and/or French and/or Spanish will be a major plus
CCNA/CCNP/CCIE (nice to have)
