Key Responsibilities include:
Blue Collar Co-ordination in the DDP portfolio under Lot 2 (TDA).
Management of all the craft operatives regarding workplace arrangements required to support the delivery of tasks and projects across the portfolio. The normal work area is of high category for radiation and requires many daily challenges to be addressed. Of specific importance is the access/egress and working conditions ensuring standards are always maintained and issues are resolved in a timely way not impacting the daily spanner time.
Organization of the daily work scope with the SL /TDA plant operatives and the other TDA resources for construction
Drives the team to perform to a high standard. Ensuring the site and company processes are followed and the scope of work is delivered to the appropriate standards.
Interface with the partner project team and other contractors
Address any workplace issues, raise as required and determine /implement action and recovery plans.Essential
Sellafield site experience at least 5 years.
Comprehensive understanding of the Nuclear industry.
Work in Active and High Security buildings across the Sellafield site.
Experience in working within the FGMSP Facility.
Strong communication skills.
Current Security Clearance.
Classified or Monitored worker.
Will be required to pass a Medical to prove fitness to work in a Radiological environment.
IOSH Managing Safely.
Availability of full-time presence on site.
Understanding of the NAECI and CIJC working arraignments.
Blue Collar Supervision experience.
Knowledge of Plant and Equipment processes.
