Location: Home / Remote with travel to our Warrington site on a weekly basis
To help us deliver our optimum fulfilment network, we are looking to recruit a Programme Manager here at Gousto. You will be leading our efforts to successfully launch, embed and realize the benefits of our next fulfillment centre.
As a Programme Manager at Gousto, you will work with multi functional teams to take the next generation gousto fulfilment system all the way from solution design to realisation.
To be successful in this role, you will be forward thinking with a passion for innovation, you will have managed large scale programmes end to end. Able to work with Agile teams (squads and tribes) that have a passion for tech & data!
Scope and deliver the next fulfilment centre on our capacity expansion roadmap
Build and deliver a programme critical path plan for go live in the next 24 months with a target launch in early Q1 2023
Create a clear, understandable programme of work that is bought into and delivered upon by teams across the supply tribe
Build an effective team of workstream leads including engineering, operations, supply chain, technology, people, finance and other teams as required
Work closely with our Engineers and Operations teams to understand and drive effective automation delivery
Proactively identify and mitigate key risks on the programme, ensuring that appropriate escalation channels are in place. Identify and manage dependencies for the programme
Effective management of the programme spend versus budget
Develop communication strategies to ensure teams across Gousto are engaged in the new factory opening programme and understand what it means for them
Working with the continuous improvement team, technology and the wider operations development team you will contribute to a playbook for how we launch significant change projects at Gousto.
Who you are:
You will have experience working at pace in high growth, dynamic business environments
Drive data and strong programme metrics to drive success
You have significant experience in leading fulfilment centre build and start up programmes including automation solutions
Industry experience across FMCG/E-commerce/Consumer Goods will be an advantage
Programme management experience across scaling operations/supply chain programmes - leading across automation is key for this site
Experience supporting and driving site operating models
Experience scoping & leading multiple change programmes driving automation across a multi site operation
Proven experience building effective working relationships internally and externally - technology/operational systems stakeholders will be key
Build and drive programme controls & governance such as risk / issue logs and periodic reporting
