PHD Global Business Unit, part of Omnicom Media Group, recently won new regional and global business, leading to this job posting for a Programmatic Planner. Our clients turn to us for superior media strategy, deep insights, and flawless execution of their digital marketing campaigns.

We help our clients use data from digital biddable channels to turn critical audience insights into action and move our clients' businesses forward. Our Digital Marketing services include Paid Search, Programmatic, Paid Social, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Display/Behavioural Targeting, Mobile Marketing, eCommerce search optimization, and more.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a planner to help run the Programmatic activity for a global brand. Reporting to the Programmatic Manager, this person will be responsible for implementing programmatic campaigns and driving results for their client. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the Programmatic Manager in research, reporting and task/communication organization. Planners will focus on further developing their programmatic knowledge, how programmatic supports other media channels, how to respond strategically to client problems, and what it takes to meet and exceed goals (both your own, the agency's, and the client's).

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Campaign Management/Optimization
  • Execute campaign activity across Programmatic (across a range of DSP platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk)
  • Track and manage media budgets
  • Conduct analysis of ongoing results to identify campaign trends and key insights to help meet and exceed client goals
  • Work with Account Manager and clients to deliver business goals (i.e. ROI/budget/traffic)
  • Provide support to the Executives in your team, assisting them with training & development where possible


Strategic Account Management
  • Contribute to the day to day communication between the agency, our international offices and international client stakeholders
  • Work with your Manager to deliver programmatic planning
  • Produce and present scheduled reporting requirements


Experience and Skills:
  • Experience with paid search/paid social accounts
  • Experience working in DSP Platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Adobe or Amazon
  • Be a proactive self-starter with good knowledge of digital marketing principles
  • Have a passion for learning new things
  • Have strong communication, listening skills and attention to detail
  • Have excellent numerical skills and confidence analysing data using Excel
  • Be responsive to feedback
  • Have strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong spoken & written English
  • Ability to speak other European languages is desired, but not essential
