Job description


The OmniGOV team at Manning Gottlieb OMD are looking for a Programmatic Activation Manager to join the team. OmniGOV are responsible for the media buying framework issued by Her Majesty's Government, spanning over 40 Government Departments (an eclectic mix of briefs from the likes of Sport England, Department for Transport and PHE). The successful candidate will join a tight-knit team with a particular focus on digital display and programmatic, a key component across the client, planning and investment communities.

OmniGOV were awarded the 2020 'Team of the Year' in Campaign and with Manning Gottlieb OMD awarded both Campaign and Media Weeks's 2020 Media Agency of the Year, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast paced environment to work on some of the agency's' most exciting campaigns.

With the role primarily focussed on digital display and programmatic, an excellent understanding of digital ad tech platforms and how they connect to both programmatic and direct IO display activation is required. They will have experience working across multiple accounts, with strong knowledge of planning, activation and reporting across both investment channels. The ideal candidate should have experience working collaboratively with both internal and external parties at pace. They will also be able to demonstrate their managerial capabilities through their ability to develop clear development plans for their self and direct reports.

The ideal candidate should have digital media experience in delivering display campaigns utilising demand side platforms (DSPs) and digital ad technology such as DV360, Google Campaign Manager, Google/Adobe Analytics, Xandr and The Trade Desk - including at least 12 months experience in managing junior members. The role will report into a Programmatic Director and focus on supporting a team of Programmatic Activation Executive(s) and Planner Buyer(s) to develop best-in-class strategies and campaigns.
