OpsTech IT provides 24x7 global IT support to Amazon Operations, including Fulfillment, Sortation, Logistics, and Last Mile. The OpsTech IT vision for 2022 is to become the most innovative and efficient IT organization in the world that offers best in class solutions that delight customers. Over the next two years OpsTech IT will be responsible for the deployment of IT infrastructure at a large number of new Amazon locations with an end result of a much larger support estate by 2022. To enable this growth, OpsTech IT is reinventing the way it operates today; evaluating opportunities in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to deliver efficiencies in the way we launch and support new operational locations. OpsTech IT will innovate to improve support mechanisms, gaining efficiencies and scheduling preventative maintenance to proactively avoid customer impact. OpsTech IT will adjust the team structure to have IT resources that are decentralized ensuring global reach but not tied to any one building, working towards a goal to absorb our operational costs with the growth of the business. The team's investment in people will create new capabilities and upskill the workforce to meet the future demands. OpsTech IT will optimize site launches reducing lead times and increasing flexibility to business requirements. In supply chain, OpsTech IT will centralize provisioning services, becoming its own supplier and integrator of technology solutions driving cost savings and time efficiencies. OpsTech IT will invest in technology that is scalable, supportable and meets the needs of the customer. We are looking for multiple Change Management Program Managers to join OpsTech IT and directly contribute towards the strategy and execution of roadmaps to achieve our 2022 vision. The successful candidate will: • Be accountable to develop and manage an OpsTech IT 2022 change management plan which will include the end-to-end delivery of change strategies that drive value for the stakeholders and drive desired business outcomes • Lead the creation of actionable deliverables to facilitate change, including communications plans, roadmaps, training plans, and resistance management plans • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies • Lead and coach stakeholders and sponsors in change management strategies and activities • Provide subject matter expertise on dependencies, and reception of change by end-users • Identify, track, resolve and report risks, issues, decisions and actions to senior leadership stakeholders • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive adoption and deliver desired business outcomes • Define, measure, and monitor success metrics for the change progress • Possess authoritative knowledge of global cultural and behavioral considerations • Experience delivering complex global multidisciplinary projects on target meeting intended outcomes.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience • 5+ years of experience of leading global change management programs for large scale technology initiatives • Demonstrated experience with technology adoption frameworks/methodologies • Experience with project delivery methodologies eg: Waterfall, Agile • Advanced MS Excel skills • Ability to work globally across cultures and teams
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior or a related field • Prince2, PMP, PMI or equivalent project management certification • Management Consulting experience • 7-10 years of direct experience leading change management/adoption management/transition management for a global technology implementation • Experience in large scale IT project management and IT support • Experience in creating and executing complicated project plans with multiple dependencies, inputs, and outputs
