In order to accelerate growth, we will create a more focused go-to-market strategy based on specific value propositions. The Product Marketing team plays a critical role in making this transition because they are the link between Product Management, the organisation and the market. As part of the Global Product Marketing team, you will be responsible for communicating the product value to the market as well as the market needs back to the organisation. This person will be responsible for go-to-market activities, sales enablement, marketing material creation, and customer research for the UK&I region.
The ideal candidate is someone with a strong product marketing background and experience working for a B2B enterprise software vendor in the data management space. The individual must have strong communication and organization skills, the ability to work cross-functionally and leverage teams across the business to implement the strategy. This role has no direct reports, however will work most closely with Product Management, Global and Regional Leadership, Finance, Sales, Propositions, and Marketing in order to implement this strategy.
Develop repeatable, scalable value propositions that serve your market's needs and drive revenue.
Create a go-to-market plan for your market with a specific focus on market definition, distribution strategy, pricing, positioning, and user / buyer personas.
Undertake market research to gather specific feedback on products, industry trends and customer needs.
Develop and update sales enablement collateral including sell sheets, case studies and pitch decks.
Effectively communicate internally the propositions, customer wins, developments and future vision for your products in collaboration with Product Management Execute go-to-market plans in your allocated region with a specific focus on creating a go-to-market roadmap, launch plans, communicating the value proposition and developing supporting collateral and sales tools.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in Product Marketing for a B2B enterprise software company.
Familiarity with the Data Management, Data Quality, or Information Management markets.
Demonstrable experience in end to end product and value proposition creation and go to market execution
Experience with applying analytics to support data-driven product marketing decisions.
Understanding of real-time decisioning (e.g. lead optimization, next-best action, sentiment analysis, up- and cross- selling).
Proven ability to manage a large stakeholder network comprised of diverse roles and personal interests.
Ability to work at the strategic level (e.g. generating innovative ideas and new use cases for growth) and at the tactical level (e.g. product readiness and sales enablement).
Articulate and professional with very strong communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build credibility, trust and influence at all levels.
