Job description

Job Purpose
The Product Analyst will assist in the development, roll-out and positioning of Decision Analytics products and solutions, and specifically Strategy Managemet software products. They will assist in the creation of associated materials to facilitate the positioning and roll-out of these products to each of Experian's chosen global markets and delivery centres.

1. Product Management
· Assist in the capture and definition of business and product requirements
· Supporting market launch plans for all activity with tracking and reporting for key stakeholders.
· Identification and tracking global market requirements for product development.
· Carry out market research, competitive analysis & product financial analysis
· Working closely with our regional market teams to ensure solutions meet the needs of the market.
· Supporting the creation of global product roadmaps and strategies.
· The creation of internal and client facing product collateral.
· Software demonstrations to internal and external audiences.
· Becoming a product evangelist and subject matter expert
· Providing presales support where the pre-sales support teams require your specialist knowledge
· Support and/or create demonstration systems for products / solutions for use in sales support and product launches
· Create content describing the product and its usages for incorporation into learning & development materials
· Collaboration with delivery, development, QA, support, finance and marketing teams as required.

2. Deliverables

· Product collateral: sales presentations, sales & marketing materials, brochures, demos, product overviews, etc.
· Content for training materials, training systems

3. Others
· Take an active part in all team initiatives / activities as required within the Global Product Management Team
· Become familiar with the Pragmatic Marketing framework and adopt and implement as required.

· Working understanding of Decision Analytics products, their functionality and why our clients use them.
· Ability to work successfully in a cross-functional team with non-local management.

· Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate software products, explaining their functionality and client benefits clearly and concisely.
· Awareness and understanding of client's environment and market problems.

Desired skills:
· Market and product knowledge in the decision management space
· Working knowledge of marketing, software product management principles
· Knowledge of modelling and machine learning priciples.
· Specific product knowledge, e.g. ProbeSM, PowerCurve Customer Management, other PowerCurve products, FICO Triad or similar.

Required qualifications/experience
· University Degree level in Technology, Marketing or related field
· Typically: 2-5 years of experience in Scoring / Data Analyst or Product Marketing Analyst role.
· Organized, with the aptitude to deliver to planned timescales.
· Ability to write high quality requirements documentation
· Very good written and spoken English
