Excellent customer focus is essential as is your ability to manage these projects to agreed timescales and quality criteria. For this role you will need to be confident and effective in dealing with applicants and their agents, Councillors, residents and other key stakeholders.

Successful candidates will have acquired substantial practical experience within a development management environment with a strong track record project managing major regeneration projects through the planning process and achieving high quality outcomes.
