Reporting into the Practice Manager within PMO, we have an opportunity for an ambitious Senior Analyst to join our Change & Delivery team. The post holder will be transforming quality insights into meaningful information with the aim of improving standards, productivity and create a community of change. We are at the heart of transforming our bank and realise the significance of change hence why we have such a diverse programme initiatives that will help us deliver strategic priorities. Day to day you'll:
Support the Practice Manager to create and drive a community of Change specialists with a focus on roll out and adherence to standards. Ensure continuous improvement and skills development to enable provision of an excellent service across Change & Delivery.
Support the ongoing development of Change & Delivery resources to enable change delivery including the provision of skills specific training and career development.
Develop and implement the systems, processes and ways of working to develop and sustain a high performing team and delivery capability.
Facilitation of community skills groups to share best practice, drive consistency and resolve common challenges.
Assist in Practice initiatives to support the community and wellbeing and colleague engagement agenda.
Develop and co-ordinate delivery of change capability and skills development roadmap underpinned by considerations of future types of skills demand.
Maintain an effective succession plan for Change & Delivery and Talent Management within the function.
Creation of practice communications, ensuring they are delivered in a timely, effective manner and are received and understood.
Involvement in internal and external recruitment ensuring candidates align to current and future demand.
To be successful you'll have:
Experience and knowledge of project management and business analysis practices
Strong track record of providing challenge to deliver improved results
Understanding of commercial pressures on the bank
Keen understanding and experience of the structures in operation within the bank
Experience of financial institutions including key drivers of performance
Highly effective communication at all levels
Positive influencing of stakeholders
Project delivery and analysis experience
Experience of facilitation of communities of change professionals
Experience of talent management processes and development of training roadmaps
Operations/admin management experience involving accountability for production of regular reports to Board Level audience
