Job description

Willis Towers Watson is looking for an enthusiastic and capable PMO Analyst to join the programme team of GB's Operational Transformation Programme - “Titania”. The programme is very high profile and central in delivering Willis' business strategy.

Reporting to the PMO Delivery Lead, the PMO Analyst will be responsible for helping to ensure the smooth running of the programme via the PMO (programme management office).

The Role
  • Provides administrative support to programme leadership.

  • Responsible for updating, analysing resource tracker. Liaising with central finance department on supply & demand for programme
  • Drafts programme documents as directed especially slide-ware, spreadsheets and agendas.
  • Collates status reports and PowerPoint presentations completes first draft of high Programme Reports which will go to senior GB executives.
  • Responsible for logistics for meetings, preparation, agenda, papers, minutes.
  • Provides analytical support and completes ad hoc requests as required.
  • Administers Microsoft Project to update programme status.

The Requirements
  • Part qualified/newly qualified actuary with experience working with clients to prepare US GAAP and/or IFRS pensions accounting disclosures.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Relevant experience in resource management.
  • Strong project management background.
  • Will have experience of working on large software development programmes.
  • Self-motivated, helpful and a team player.
  • Will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. (both written and verbal)
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to present complex messages and data in a visually interesting and easily digestible format.
  • Advanced Excel skills - both analytical and presentational.
  • Thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven, environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and be solution oriented and proactive.
