Time for a change?
We have a new and exciting opportunity within our CIO Management Services function and are on the lookout for talented PMO Analysts to help deliver our innovative Change portfolio. As a PMO Analyst you'll be proactively working as part of the Programme Management Office (PMO) who maintain and champion the Programme and Project Management governance framework across the portfolio. As an advocate for best practice you'll ensure effective and consistent milestone reporting, management of finances, risks, issues and dependencies. You will be required to work in collaboration with Change Operations to warrant the coherence of the Project Portfolio and together develop and maintain the appropriate environment to support each individual Project within it.

What will it take?
We're looking for an expert in what they do. Someone with demonstrable experience in a change role with understanding of the principles and frameworks from a user and support perspective. Problem solving and decision making skills are key as well as being a strong team player with a natural flair for building relationships across the business.To be successful for this role you will be proactive in your approach and be able to report and challenge overall programme progress, clearly articulating and/or escalating risks and issues ensuring the appropriate actions are taken and sufficient levels of control are in place. We'll ask you to support the Programme Manager in preparing reports and presentations so knowledge of MS Office is essential.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • Proven experience of Business Change and Governance
  • PMO and/or Projects delivery experience
  • Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management from a user and support perspective
  • Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcome
  • Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
  • Experience in the production assurance of quality reports/packs/presentations

Salary - £27,000 - £41,000dependent on experience.
