The position is within our Professional Excellence Team, with specific focus on the communications sent to scheme members relating to their pension entitlement.
The role will undertake business process analysis and continuous improvement activity, prepare documentation and management information across a range of service delivery activities. You will be responsible for interpreting technical specifications generated by Pensions Technical Consultants arising from legislative change in regard to the impact on the member communications. The initial focus of this role will be the implementation of the refreshed look and feel, of the standard member communications suite.
Maintain the highest standards of Professional Excellence in delivering change, in accordance with documented processes and reporting requirements
Delivering a structured approach to maintaining and developing “best of breed” member communications
Maintaining the generic member communication templates, in line with legislative change and client requirements.
Contribute to the creation and presentation of progress against agreed timelines for TAS project management reporting
Able to promptly and effectively analyse complex issues when reviewing and making revisions to member communication documentation
Identify design and implement processes and procedures to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs
Prepared to travel to our Redhill office on a regular occasions
Previous experience in a pensions administration environment
Experience with DB and DC occupational pension schemes, ideally from a third party environment.
Ability to manage risk and issues relating to the documentation change process, including appropriate escalation
Subject matter expert for delivering changes to communications
Must be able to work to a high level of accuracy
Highly analytical with well-developed problem solving skill
Be familiar with changes in legislation requiring revisions to communication material
Display good time management skills and demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise own workload
Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills to include excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with assurance frameworks associated with the operation of pension schemes, including the preparation and interpretation of detailed reporting
