Job description

Manchester United Football Club are recruiting a partnerships intern to join them in their partnerships team based at Old Trafford. The purpose of the role is to support the entire Partnerships team, coordinating and booking all travel and accommodation, processing and managing departments finance procedures and taking ownership of the office environment.

Relationship Management Travel:

  • Understand the purpose of Relationship Manager trips and develop detailed recommended itinerary's
  • Finalise itinerary and provide full travel pack
  • Act as the MUFC interface with travel partners
  • Flight bookings
  • Hotel bookings
  • Transport booking both abroad and in the UK
  • Provide support back in the UK for any travel changes/updates during trips
  • Visas - applications and administration
  • Communicate travel plans to partner contacts in advance
  • Management of travel budget
  • Invoicing
  • Travel reporting and feedback

Guests at Old Trafford

  • Communication with partners in advance of any inbound trips to enable the development of detailed itineraries b
  • Create bespoke itineraries for partner VIPs, prize winners and partner staff
  • Key point of contact for incoming partner queries in relation to travel

Hours of Work

The employee is required to work 35 hours per week, based on a working week of Monday to Friday. Some extra working days / hours may be required from time to time, and this may include match days.
