Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an efficient and professional Personal Assistant to support the Head of Capital Projects, and act as Office Manager for the Capital Projects Office. The University's Capital Projects Department carries responsibility for the delivery of the University's construction projects ranging from £50K to £350M plus. 


Reporting to the Head of Capital Projects, you will be responsible for managing their complex schedule and ensuring the smooth operation of their activities. You will also be an integral part of the Capital Projects Office and will work closely with the team in an Office Manager capacity. You will need to demonstrate outstanding customer service, time management and organisational skills and have the ability to work independently and pro-actively to ensure the smooth running and operation of the Capital Projects Office, and to allow the Head of Capital Projects to conduct their duties to the best of their ability.
