Operational Support ApprenticeshipWe have several exciting opportunities within various departments across Enfield Council. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Enfield Resident seeking real life work experience, to improve their skill set, someone returning to work or looking for a career change as well as earning a wage and gaining a recognised Level 3 apprenticeship occupational standard at the same time.
We are currently recruiting in the following departments; - 1 placement within Housing - Home Ownership Rent and Service Charge
- 1 placement within the Payroll Department
- 1 placement within Chief Executives Business Management
- 1 placement within Place Directorate Business Management

What we are looking for: - Resident within the London Borough of Enfield.
- Apprenticeships are open to 16 and over and not in full-time education.
- Dedication to learning and gaining new skills and an interest in supporting Enfield Council.
- GCSE grade A*-C (grade 4-9 in the new GCSE qualification grades) in English and Maths or equivalents.
Management and SupervisionYou will be working under the guidance and supervision of an experienced member of staff. We also have a dedicated Apprenticeship Team that support you throughout your Apprenticeship journey.
ProgressionThis vacancy offers real career potential with the opportunity to progress to an Advanced or Higher Apprenticeship and possibility to apply for sustained and permanent employment within Enfield Council.
Key Training InformationLevel 3 Standard in Business Administrator Apprenticeship
Working WeekFull time, 36 hours per week including training.
Enfield Council apprentice pay rates£20,741 per annum Level 3 Apprenticeship
