Our Rail sector team is involved in some of the UK's most high profile, complex and stimulating projects that are diverse and technically demanding. We have an enviable reputation in the delivery of some of the UK's and indeed the world's most prestigious and challenging projects. Our current client portfolio includes Network Rail, High Speed 2, Department of Transport, Transport for Scotland, Highways England, Transport for London, Borough Councils, Civil Engineering Contractors and International Governments, for whom we undertake the planning, design and supervision of multi-disciplinary railway projects and delivering operations and maintenance solutions to exceed our client's requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Rail Sector Leader you will be responsible for leading and managing the client relationship on a major national rail account to establish Arcadis as a highly successful trusted partner. Other key relationships include the leaders of our other sectors working on Rail projects including Buildings, Highways, Utilities & Business Advisory and our digital business, Arcadis GEN.
Key duties include:
Expanding and diversifying our footprint with the client through creating new, strong relationships and driving exceptional experience
Creating and implementing account plans for the UK Rail Account in line with Arcadis business objectives to drive growth.
Evaluate, develop, and implement strategies, initiatives, propositions and solutions to create further opportunities to add value to our client
Influencing the client's strategic agenda by developing and leading on thought leadership and insight to support account and integrated capability growth
Owning and driving an ambitious revenue growth target for the national account ensuring quality of earnings, commercial and governance excellence
Responsibility for account planning, sales excellence, commercial acumen and governance
Ensuring cross sector / clients knowledge sharing
Expanding existing commissions, selling other Arcadis services / capabilities and maximising the commercial position across the business
Inspiring and driving passion through our people on the account to add value to the client.
Qualifications About You
You will have a comprehensive Rail industry network and technical knowledge and a profile that will be of value and credible in building a team and further developing the relationship with key national rail clients
Proven Strategic Account Leadership experience including the development of strategic key relationships, problem solving and addressing service needs, requests, and issues
You will be innovative and creative in order to open new doors to grow existing clients though real diversification and by bringing the whole Arcadis to support their needs
