We are looking for a London based Marketing Manager to join our Amazon Freight Europe team. This person will have the unique opportunity to help build a large scale marketing engine for the team. The ideal candidate with have a strategic mindset, strong quantitative skills, have a strong bias to action and be customer centric in their approach. They will be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a changing and fast growing environment.

Key responsibilities of the role include: • Audit existing shipper data flows relating to marketing activities, identify gaps and actively build processes to fix those gaps and implement operational change • Own email campaigns for the team: manage the creative process; maintain the content calendar; segment target audiences; and execute, report on and optimise campaigns • Help develop and manage new marketing channels and campaigns across internal and external channels • Oversee the production of copy and content creation - collaborating with the North America team, and partnering with internal design teams or external agencies as required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field of study • 4+ years of digital marketing experience • Proven success delivering measurable marketing results • Strong quantitative skills to generate insights to inform strategy, perform root-cause analyses and measure marketing campaign performances • Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient and able to operate in a fluid, ambiguous environment • Can easily shift from strategic thinking to execution, in order to deliver results • Sound business judgment, with proven ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience working with data compliance and flow related to marketing programs, activities, and campaigns • Email marketing experience, ideally using Salesforce Pardot • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
