We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Senior Program Manager Business Health for the Last Mile team. This person will deliver improved DSP (Deliver Service Provider) business health through the creation of new programs, reporting mechanisms, deep performance analysis, and cross-functional partnerships with existing product and program teams. We are seeking bar-raising candidates who are able to: • Create a framework for analyzing and assessing the business health of our partner • Collaborate with in-country teams to dive deep into re-occurring issues and develop effective strategies to remedy root causes • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive a culture of consistent improvement • Provide reports, insights, and recommendations to leaders of DSP programs & products as well as overall Last Mile leadership to drive increased effectiveness for our DSP partners • Collaborate at high-levels of decision-making, building trusting relationships centered on our DSPs and customers
The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, highly organized, works effectively with internal and external contacts, has the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving processes in a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, superior attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Moreover, the ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous areas is imperative. Operational knowledge of wide variety of and contractual concepts is essential to perform the role successfully.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years' experience in program management, vendor management and/or supplier management within a cross-functional organization • Experience as a customer as well as a provider • Excellent communications skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail. • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. • Candidate must be flexible with travel (up to 30%).
