Come and joinour team as a Maintenance Engineer. You will be part of the Engineeringdepartment driving effective Process Management, continuous improvement andprovide engineering and technical support for manufacturing operations.
Your missionand responsibilities:
To be part of anEngineering department driving effective Process Management, and continuousimprovement with regards to, but not exclusively the following: - To repair in a timely manner manufacturing and process equipment
- To Control repairs onComputer based record systems.
- Highly experienced incorrective maintenance due to asset breakdowns
- Ensure all equipment areavailable to Production Operations as and when desired.
- Report Process uptimeincluding breakdowns and ensure reaction and countermeasures are in place atthe first attempt where possible (Permanent corrective action)
- Experienced and Competentworking on Electro-Mechanical systems, vacuum systems and fault diagnosis andrepair.
- To fault find, repair andidentify root cause of all non-conforming product identified duringmanufacturing verification processes.
- Effective use of CERDAAC& Agility - Computerised Maintenance Management Systems

Yourqualifications and experience:
ONC/HNC/HND or degree in anengineering discipline is essential
Electromechanical knowledge- Highly Skilled in electro/mechanical principles
Microsoft office /Computerised Maintenance Management System
Experience in fast pacedmanufacturing environment Experience of 5S / Lean / Kaizen events, Fault finding , TPM / maintenance& calibration
Project management skillsdesirable, but not essential
Yourpersonality and skills:
Manage timeefficiently to meet reactive business demands
