The Lead Solution Architect role is a key member of the extended IT management team who will be responsible for:
Managing the effective definitin and articulation of transition and target solution architecture for Back office processes resulting in process efficiency and reduced Total Cost of Ownership.
Leading a team f Solution Architects focusing on Back Office solutions, driving a common vision and goal to support the definition of the Solution Architecture that supports the Enterprise Business Systems Technology Roadmap ( O2C, P2P, R2R, P2D ) that drives the efficient running of AI.
Accuntable for the technical integrity pertaining to the Current and Target State Definition of Enterprise Business Systems Applications/Solutions such as SAP( ECC, PI, BPC ), Successfactors, Cognos, Sharepoint, Microsoft.NET (Bespoke), Planview and Supportworks.
What you'll be doing
The Lead Slution Architect is a hands-on role which provides early stage and full lifecycle consultancy to senior business and project stakeholders in order to help shape projects, establish feasibility and see them through to delivery.
Accuntable for the overarching Enterprise Business Systems IT Capability: defines the processes and standards that ensures the effective creation and maintenance of Enterprise Business Systems Solution Architecture Artefacts ( to name a few: Blueprints, High level Design, Solution Options Decisions, Solution Options Proposal, Supplier/Solution Selection, Solution Architecture Definition and Lw Level Design)
Respnsible for driving and leading the definition of the Target Enterprise Business Systems Solution Architecture exploiting existing and emerging technologies to achieve a fit for purpose end to end solution.
Respnsible for managing the technical governance, release and change management of the product and maturing the Enterprise Business Systems Architecture Function.
Partners with the Enterprise Business Systems Analysts t ensure that technology and business requirements are balanced and considered on the delivery of the solution.
Partners with the Sales and Marketing Systems and Infrastructure Lead Slution Architects to define a cohesive end to end IT architecture.
Effectively facilitate activities that drives definitin and decisions on: Solution Options Proposal, Supplier/Solution Selection, Solution Architecture Definition
Respnsible for aligning the activities of the Enterprise Business Systems Solution Architecture Team to AI Strategic Objectives and Transformation Roadmap.
Respnsible for effective stakeholder engagement, supporting shaping and definition of change scope and objectives
Supprts the Working Group on developing cost-benefits to support the business case.
What we're looking for
Tgaf certified with expertise on Architecture Domains specifically: Application, Integration and Data; with working knowledge on Business and Technology.
Prven experience as an Architect with relevant experience on leading a team of architects, maturing an Architecture Function, with a working knowledge of building a wealth of Architecture Artefacts
Previus hands-on technical experience ( Dev and Ops ) on at least 3 of the following applications ( or similar ) with an in-depth understanding of integration in a best of breed environment:
SAP ECC, SAP PI, Successfactors, BPC, Cognos, Sharepoint, Microsoft.NET (Bespoke), Planview and Supportworks.
Great cllaborator with strong and positive influencing/negotiating skills coupled with strategic thinking
Can perate at all levels within the organisation.
