We're currently looking for a Robotics Developer

For this role you'll help drive the elimination or reduction of manual tasks and activities, with an overall goal to improve speed, consistency, and accuracy of processes. You will develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA) solutions in accordance with approved process improvement requests and in line with guidelines, standards and policies. You will collaborate with requestors to define requirements and to review, map and optimise processes. You will design, develop and test RPA scripts and processes to ensure that they're in working order and are compliant. You'll work with the global centre of excellence to schedule release of robots and communicate with the requestor to ensure the appropriate change management and communications are planned and executed before release. You will also monitor proper operations of the robot during the initial operation post release/deployment of the robot, promptly addressing any issues and fine-tuning as needed. We're looking for someone with genuine interest in automation and has previous experience with business process automation in shared services, back office or financial work. You will desirably have a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a programming background. You'll be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to translate complex functional and technical concepts into easy to understand documentation and proposals and have expertise within Excel macros or similar. You will work well within an Agile environment and display experience with developing as part of SCRUM.
For this role you'll need to have experience with Automation Anywhere and/or NICE
