You will join Colt DCS at an exciting time as we embark upon a period of significant growth and transformation. To support
Reporting to the IT Architecture Manager, the IT Architecture Lead has overall ownership of system architecture and design activities for one or more business capabilities
Sales Operations (Order Management, Billing, Order Fulfilment) Service Assurance (Service Management, Site Operations, Security Operations) Service Delivery (Design, Delivery and Capacity Management), Enterprise Services (Finance, HR, Procurement, etc..)
You will have a variety of responsibilities including
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive Architecture covering all relevant Business and Operational processes and IT Systems. Working with a team of Business Analysts to maintain and develop the Colt DCS organisational capability model. Working with the Global IT Infrastructure Manager to develop an Infrastructure architecture for Colt DCS. Assessing internal and partner capabilities to support current and future business requirements. Working with business and IT stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements for new systems or enhancements. Establishing clear architectural and design principles to underpin selection and development of new systems. Documenting procedures, processes and high and low level designs. Joint responsibility for the Colt DCS Enterprise Architecture. Researching current and emerging technologies. Identify technology that may provide Colt DCS with competitive advantage and/or increase efficiency, profitability, safety and customer satisfaction. Working collaboratively with the IT team, colleagues and suppliers to develop and deliver solutions as per business requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
University Bachelors Degree or vocational equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification (e.g. TOGAF) ITIL Experience and/or certification Experience of IT and business transformation programs (e.g. CRM or ERP implementation)
