Act as interface with Heathrow People Function on roll out of initiatives across BSC and for support on complex ER and legislative issues as they arise.
Provide routine advice and guidance on all people aspects, e.g. employment legislation, implementation of effective HR policies and procedures to ensure BSC wide engagement.
Ensure critical annual cycle HR processes are completed to time by proactively supporting stakeholder groups, e.g. Salary review, mid and end of year performance reviews, development plans and talent tasks.

Ensure all appropriate BSC HR policies and procedures are compliant with legislative and corporate standards.
Advise and support managers and employees on performance management, sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance and development.
Co-ordinate and deliver training including inductions for new staff.
Champion Wellbeing in the workplace by promoting on-site events and supporting the BSC Feeling Good group.
Support the delivery of all of the relevant people strategy objectives on the Business Balanced Scorecard, and play an active part in the overall delivery of theBSC's objectives.
Assist with project work as determined by the Director of BSC.
Carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit for the purpose of personal development, or as may be reasonably required by the Company.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience of Human Resource/Operational Management within a Shared Services environment is desirable.
MCIPD qualification highly desirable
Previous experience of interacting with an employee council desirable.
Experience as an HR Advisor.
Working knowledge of employment legislation,HR policies and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to support, challenge and persuade/influence others.
Passionate about customer service, both internal and external, with ability to articulate previous achievements through business deliverables.
Focuses on delivery with excellent time management, organisational and planning skills.
