In this role, you will be a direct report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for General Insurance.
Your essential responsibilities will include:
With your initiative to build strong partnerships and manage international relationships across General Insurance, you will collaborate closely with leaders and HR partners to craft recruitment strategies to attract top talent across our international footprint.
You will leverage internal talent metrics as well as your experience deploying strategies in Talent Acquisition to advise senior HR and business leaders.
As you serve on various committees and transformation initiatives, you will use your expertise to drive strategic business goals and initiate improvements in our talent acquisition practices focused on optimizing our efforts and improving the quality and diversity of hires.
Identify, manage and nurture international recruitment firm relationships. Negotiate favorable economics in collaboration with Legal and Procurement. Strategically partner with recruitment firms to ensure they tenaciously get into the market, thoroughly explore the comprehensive talent pool and successfully identify and recruit top talent.
In addition to overseeing the International Talent Acquisition efforts of General Insurance, you will be responsible for developing/refining, managing and leading all aspects of executive recruitment in collaboration with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for General Insurance.
Contribute to the overall thought leadership on the Global Talent Acquisition strategy through collaborating closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and the Head of HR for International for General Insurance.
We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Significant executive recruiting experience in underwriting and claims within a global insurer across various regions (APAC, EMEA, Japan, China, etc.).
Proven ability to develop strong business partnerships with senior leaders and be effective at consulting and making recommendations to hiring managers based on industry knowledge and experience.
Established relationships with key international recruitment firms who operate within not only underwriting and claims, but also within functional areas.
A passion for proactively talent mapping and strategically recruiting top talent. Demonstrated experience and success with creative sourcing methods.
Strong executive presence. Commands respect through knowledge and demonstrated competence. Engenders trust. Builds relationships easily with C-level and business leaders.
