Responsible for EY's external employer brand to attract and recruit over 4,000 hires annually.
Overall responsibility for the marketing strategy for our external employer brand for the UK Firm ( UKI, PAS, FSO, BDC, Ireland ), includes developing core messages, high profile multi-channel campaigns, partnerships and sponsorships. Deliver brand campaigns to a broad range of audiences including school students, parents, teachers, university students, experienced hire and key external influencers
Create, develop and deliver bold B2C marketing campaigns that strengthen EY's brand and supports the vision to be seen as a dynamic and forward thinking employer.
Lead the brand and attraction team including regional structure, development, headcount management, recruitment plan and workload allocation. Create a culture of trust and empowerment within the team to achieve better results and reduce attrition of high performers.
Drive innovation by empowering the branding team to utilise new technology, be bold and push boundaries to achieve better results, drive efficiencies and KPIs whilst being true to EY's global brand and purpose

Develop and drive forward the firm's digital strategy, technology and innovation agenda by developing technology careers proposition and an award winning social media strategy and multi-channel content.
Create and develop a consistent and engaging 'people story' for EY by working closely with internal comms and external comms.
Writing presentations and developing video content for leadership team including Dan Richards and Maggie Stilwell - RLT, ELT, external conferences
Contribute to the leadership of the wider recruitment team including developing strategy, defining objectives for scorecard, team engagement and deliver counselling family sessions.
