The role...

Are you ready to McFly high? Do you think you're the rightfit for our glass slipper? Or perhaps you think it's time to get back to theclassroom at Crunchem Hall as the Phantom awaits your arrival.

If you're passionate about excellent customer service, weare looking for proactive and engaging Guest Experience Hosts to join our teamsacross our theatres and this could be the perfect role for you.

The Gillian Lynne Theatre, Cambridge Theatre, Her Majesty'sTheatre and the Adelphi Theatre are thrilled to be reopening their doors toCinderella, Matilda, Phantom of the Opera and the west end premiere of Back tothe Future The Musical!

This is an incredibly exciting time for us as an industry;after a full year of disruption, we are keen to hit the ground running.

The Guest Experience team are the face of our theatres andplay a key role in ensuring our guests are welcomed into a safe and secureenvironment. The teams work across all areas of our front of house operationsincluding our bars and retail outlets.

In many instances, you are the first person our guests willencounter during their visit and you will be expected to deliver an exemplarylevel of customer service at all times and drive sales throughout the building.

What you'll be doing...

- Be a key player in our exciting and diverse team ofindividuals to help stage the extraordinary.
- Maintain open communication with the supervisors andmanagement team regarding operational procedures.
- Uphold our Customer Charter by putting the guestexperience at the forefront of everything you do.
- Welcome our guests in an energetic and proactive manner.
- Ensure our guests are always free to enjoy their visit ina safe and secure environment by following our strict security and health &safety procedures.
- Consistently deliver the highest levels of standards andpresentation in our bar and retail operation.
-Maintain great product knowledge and take an enthusiasticapproach to sharing this information with our guests.
- Provide an open and approachable profile always beingavailable for any customer queries.
- Supporting the Supervisors in maintaining a smoothoperation in your designated area of the building.
- Increasing your knowledge of all things LW Theatres,enabling you to provide a thorough and comprehensive level of service.
-Assist the Supervisors and Managers in achieving licensingobjectives of responsible service of alcohol; allergen legislations, hygienepractices and other applicable management arrangements.

What we need...

- Previous customer facing experience.
- Previous experience of working behind a bar would behelpful, but not essential.
- Passion for exemplary levels of customer service.
- The ability to build a strong rapport with guests andcolleagues in an engaging and professional manner.
- A calm and efficient approach when presented with fastevolving incidents.
- A team player who is comfortable working as part of afamily of individuals.
- A "can do" attitude with the ability to adapt to the fastpace of live theatre.
- A self-motivating, conscientious approach; with an eye fordetail.
- Take pride in LW Theatres dress code.

Salary: £9.85 perhour
