The global Marketing and Business Development (MBD) team is responsible for helping to ensure the practice fulfils its strategic business objectives, as well as setting and maintaining MBD best practice standards.
We are an experienced, global team and take pride in the fact that our specialisations cover the full range of MBD disciplines including advertising, bids, brand, client relationship management, digital and social media, editorial, events, internal communications, public relations, and sponsorships.
The purpose of this role is to provide full administrative support to the senior management team.
The role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and Global Director of Clients.
Manage complex diaries in Outlook: arranging meetings in different time zones, sending and responding to invites resolving conflicts, confirming appointments and bringing forward papers.
Central point of contact for MBD queries.
Organisation of monthly team meetings, including running online webinars.
Coordination of international workshops.
Coordination of board reports and presentations.
Running monthly financial reports.
Organisation of new joiner induction schedules.
