We are looking for someone who has experience of selling to HR as a buyer and wining Enterprise business. You will be the face of Reward Gateway. You will consult with HR professionals, to understand their business and key objectives in order to tailor a world class solution, to their unique challenges.
Responsibilities and Core Duties
Selling complex HR solutions to corporate and enterprise businesses
Generating 100% new business along with working a mixture of inbound leads and warm leads passed from SDR team
Uncovering and qualifying company and HR challenges and objectives
Creating and delivering detailed presentations to small and large groups
Delivering online demos using RG's tech products
Using a consultative approach to educate buyers on the advantages of Reward Gateway solutions
Developing and maintaining customer networks to maximise opportunities
Building strong relationships internally to maximise growth
Creation of bespoke proposals, tenders and business case documents, demonstrating RG's solution and ROI
Experience and Qualifications
Experience of selling HR tech solutions to corporate and enterprise businesses
Strong influencing skills - the ability to challenge a customer's way of thinking
Managing long and complex sales processes
Presenting solutions to C-Level decision makers
Extracting pains, challenges and objectives in a qualification processNegotiating commercials with senior C-level executives
Preparing and writing tenders, RFP's and written sales documents
Selling long term and high value contracts
Experience of working in a consultative and solution based sales role

In person interview at our offices with Head of Enterprise Sales and SVP of Sales
Final in person interview with a presentation assessment with our SVP of Sales.
