As a Centre of Excellence for Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa, our team works closely with our client-facing People Advisory Services team, providing advanced technology, analytics and consultancy support to enable large-scale organisation transformation and technology programmes. We enable business performance through Workforce Planning and Optimisation, Human Capital analytics, Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), Workforce Capability and Culture.

The opportunity

We are looking to grow our Delivery HR Practice by hiring a ServiceNow HR Delivery Practise Leader who will play a crucial role in leading the sales and revenue growth in the ServiceNow HR delivery space.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Setting key strategy and driving sales of ServiceNow
  • Driving our ServiceNow HR Practice forward at an EMEIA level
  • Driving strategy tools and methods
  • Sharing of knowledge and information across the wider team
Skills and attributes for success
  • At least 5 years relevant experience performing in a similar role
  • Experienced ServiceNow business leader in the HR service delivery space
  • Solid ServiceNow functional / technical experience
  • Collaborative working style with the ability to work across different service lines and personalities delivering exceptional client service
To qualify for the role you must have
  • Strong experience with pipeline, sales and revenue growth (setting targets, driving regions to meet targets)
  • Experience managing vendor alliance relationships
  • Self-motivation with ability to work in a virtual environment is a must
Ideally, you'll also have
  • An innate curiosity to seek out solutions to the unknown
  • Ability to integrate and collaborate within new and diverse teams quickly
  • Desire to reinforces our values, commitment to employee engagement and diversity through day to day behaviour
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical thinker and able to communicate and deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions
