Provide support across EMEA level Marketing, Digital Trade Media and Digital Commerce functions
Take a flexible approach, providing support across these areas based on business priorities
Support the EMEA Marketing team when required across each of WB Games product campaigns with the sourcing, localisation and trafficking process for marketing video assets for the International region.
Help to coordinate projects and workload planning across titles with agencies and in partnership with the Marketing Team
Work closely with external AV agencies (e.g. TV spots, trailers, behind-the-scenes videos, dev diaries) and website development agencies (official product website, landing page etc.) to achieve this and ensure assets are delivered correctly and on time.
Support Marketing Team with event planning and execution
In addition, assist in supporting in territory Games teams on all their asset needs in relation to Marketing, Localization and Events etc.
Digital Trade Media Support
Support the EMEA Digital Media & Marketing Manager with the planning and execution of centrally bought media programs
When required assist with the production of assets to support centrally bought media
Assist in the process of analysing post campaign data, sharing results and assessing future campaign optimisations
Provide general admin support, raising PO's and tracking budgets
Working with the EMEA Digital Commerce team provide additional support for WB's Digital Sales activity across PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, Switch and PC
Provide additional adhoc support when required
Support wider regional team in team admin functions, such as minuting of weekly marketing calls with the territories.
You must be a current University student in your 2nd year of study, looking to spend your 3rd year on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2023.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Well organised and disciplined with the ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively.
Self-motivated, focused and be able to work with limited supervision.
Good communication skills.
Analytical and pay close attention to detail.
Some experience of using databases.
Business Studies or Marketing undergraduate.
Some previous work experience and an interest in gaming.
