As an EMEA RDS Sales Leader, you will be focused on growing new client relationships for our Rewards Data and Software (RDS) practice. The RDS practice is focused on collecting compensation and benefits information from clients, normalizing the data and selling it back with added analytics software, enabling clients to understand their competitive market for talent.
The role will report to the EMEA Regional Practice Leader and will interact regularly with a variety of key colleagues including other Sales and Business development leaders, RDS Account Managers, Country and Practice leaders across the EMEA region, as well as the leaders of our largest firm-wide relationships.
Deliver sales results through appropriate sales processes and activities in your market
Maintain timely lead tracking, reporting and knowledge sharing of wins and losses
Manage lead generation activities through multiple channels
Participate in internal and external speaking and vendor demonstration events to generate leads
Assist in developing intellectual capital for standardized sales and marketing collateral
Maintain some key account relationships while also ensuring appropriate hand-off to client delivery team through effective communication of sales process, scope and deliverables.
Support Customer Success Managers in their role to ensure an engaging long-term experience with WTW, including directly supporting post sales activities.
Build effective relationship with Rewards practice and Global Data Services to ensure successful integration of data and softw are solutions
Significant experience in the sales of compensation consulting and product solutions
Significant experience of WTW and other survey and job evaluation methodologies
Track record of success with achievement of individual sales goals to an HR/Compensation and Benefits market
Additional compensation consulting experience across a broad portfolio of compensation data, software and advisory products and services is preferred
Proven ability to recognize opportunities and diagnose challenges, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices
Polished and well developed written and oral communication skills
