Job description

DIO currently have an exciting opportunity for an Admin Officer to work within the Admin Hub at Sutton Coldfield. The jobholder will provide administrative support and will be responsible for looking after administrative and Building Custodian needs for the site.

Responsibilities
This is a re-active post and the job holder will be required to support administrative services, such as;
- Stationary ordering
- Escorting visitors on site
- The hire of cars and collation of fuel receipts
- Inputting and managing data.

This job role is mainly customer facing with a very wide customer base which demands an ability to frequently re-prioritise workload. The job holder will also be required to have the ability to work as part of a team and also to work independently, have excellent customer service skills and flexible approach to task management, whilst having good communication skills and an ability to deliver at pace. During the upcoming move to Lichfield they may be asked to provide support to the Building Custodian role.

Employment Hours
The post is advertised as a maximum of 18 hours per week only and forms the other half of an existing job share arrangement. Working days are Monday 6 hours, Wednesday 6 hours and Friday 6 hours .Applicants who are interested in the post are advised to contact the Recruiting Manager detailed below for further information before applying.

Application sifting is scheduled to take place on week commencing 27/07/20.
Interviews will take place at DIO Sutton Coldfield on W/C: 10/08/20. A minimum of 2 full working days- notice will be provided for interviews. We endeavour to stick to these dates, but these are subject to change around business needs.
