We're currently looking for a Digital Learning Specialist to join our Nottingham based training team on a 12 month fixed term contract/secondment.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with graphic/instructional design skills to gain experience and broaden their career within a FTSE 50, market leading organisation.
You'll be consulting with internal stakeholders to recommend and implement innovative digital learning solutions, appropriate to their projects with a particular focus on product and proposition training. You will own the production of digital learning materials and provide input into our digital learning strategy, whilst pushing for improvements and challenging the norm! You'll be responsible for:
- Producing digital learning materials to business specifications, this might include eLearning, Videos, Webinars, Interactive Animations, Demos etc - Ensuring different learning styles are met in developed solutions (Learning & Development theories) - Delivering materials in line with the digital learning strategy, ensuring scalability and sustainability - Effectively managing stakeholder relationships across the business (typically our internal trainers and subject matter experts) with excellent communication
