As the Digital Commerce Business Lead, you will be key to driving the continued expansion of one of Accenture's fastest-growing offerings, Digital Commerce Operations. Seeking a leader with an agile, natural curiosity, and an entrepreneurial spirit with aspirations for both personal development, as well as a desire to contribute to the growth of our Accenture Marketing Operations business.

Define Digital Commerce Operations business strategy and drive global growth targets working with regional Business Development leads (in collaboration with Accenture Interactive, broader Marketing Operations, the Accenture Operations OU Leads and the OU Sales Leads)
Contribute to Digital Commerce Operations global sales target, including organic revenue client growth - strict governance over weekly pipeline and management of short term and long-term sales targets
Build and drive the collaborative operating model for major deal origination and conversion with the, OU Sales Leads, Accenture Operations OU Leads, Accenture Operations Region Portfolio Leads and Accenture Interactive
Lead transformation deal pursuits with 'high touch' C-suite client engagement to secure new 'high profile' logos and work
Navigate the team's win strategy, casting, value proposition, deal management process and contract closure
Lead, motivate and inspire the Regional sales team building strong 'front of house' end-to-end digital commerce leaders with a culture of peak performance
Collaborate with the Account Management leaders who can expand current client footprint, bring innovation to clients and work with other parts of Accenture to provide excellent service delivery
Collaborate with the Account Management leaders to ensure successful transition from sales to delivery and position for successful up-sell, future sales and client "reference-ability"
Help steward Digital Commerce Operations' product and service innovation agenda in sync with evolving C-suite needs and pain points
Collaborate with the Activation Network Leadership to define and scale the Regional capabilities required
Serve as the face of Digital Commerce Operations (externally and internally), participating in Digital Commerce industry key events and publishing points of views
Client Experience Management
Recognize opportunities for expansion of existing services and/or potential for new services; leverages SMEs across the organization to aide in sales opportunities
Exemplify Accenture's core values through client engagement and internal leadership within the project team and the practice
Evaluate and streamline business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the team and with the client
Collaborate across global Accenture and/or client teams and serves as Key Contact for delivery
Participate in strategic planning meetings with the client and manages client expectations in terms of support and delivery
Participate in client stakeholder meetings including governance of financials, operations, and demand management/forecasting
Manage all financials including capturing additional sales opportunities, forecasting, and invoicing
Drive operational reporting and KPIs as it relates to the Digital Commerce Services practice and collaborates with other Delivery Leads to share best practices and efficiencies
Responsible for ensuring successful delivery of all contracted services and meeting all service level agreements
Digital Commerce Services
Design a new growth strategy and roadmap in the Digital Commerce space, including investments and actions to address areas for innovation and competitive weakness, to help achieve Digital Commerce Operations' sales target for FY21
Develop new content solutions to fully leverage the converged divisions of sales, marketing & customer service to execute on the vision of best customer experiences every time, everyplace, everywhere
Create provocative POVs & platform speeches on Digital Commerce Services to drive innovation and thought leadership in the industry and market
Develop new metrics that properly evaluate the Digital Commerce Services experience giving Digital Commerce Operations a proprietary scorecard with which to evaluate our activation standards
Scale a new End-to-End Digital Commerce approach across our activation network that rivals all competitors and delivers on dynamic delivery through End-to-End relevant services (Demand Generation, Intelligent Commerce, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain, Customer Services)
Work with data and analytics to create a predictive behavioural approach that demonstrably delivers business outcomes for clients
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Significant Business Development experience in Digital Commerce and/or Digital Marketing
Experience delivering Marketing Commerce Services related work within a large, heavily matrixed company environment
Experience with Client Relationship and/or delivery experience
Experience working with delivering Marketing Services related work within a large, heavily matrixed company environment
Knowledge of the End-to-End marketing space from defining marketing plans, campaign definition, content production methods, and/ or analytic insights that drive next best action
Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
Professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character
This position requires travel of approximately 25% to multiple customer locations
