As Senior Dialler Analyst, you will work closely with the Data Dialler Manager and resource & planning team, managing the area and ensuring that the outbound predictive dialler is ready for operation at all times. Preparing all data sets in advance of dialling and against agreed KPI's.
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
•Supporting a busy multi-channel contact centre and telesales operation
•Co-ordinating and preparing all data extraction and cleansing within agreed parameters
•Analysing and reviewing outbound and campaign specific data performance
•Working closely with the resource & planning team to ensure that each campaign is staffed appropriately
•Providing analysis of strategy results
•Maximise the data usage by identifying and recommending opportunities to increase sales volumes
•Maintain central data sources, ensuring data integrity for all reports, including DR plans
You will need:
•
•Knowledge of outbound dialling regulations and their use, including OFCOM, ICO & GDPR
•Ability to manage team whilst maintaining personal workload
•Advanced knowledge of SQL Server & MS Access.
•Advanced level of proficiency and experience with Excel, including complex pivot tables, macros, formulas/functions, and charts
