Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust are the lead providers for Substance Misuse Services in partnership with WDP in the London Borough of Kingston. Our Substance Misuse Services have recently been rated as "Outstanding” by the CQC.
Working closely with commissioning colleagues, service users and carers representatives our aim is to continue to provide a hub based service at Surbiton Health Centre, but to also expand our services out to community satellites in Chessington and New Malden. We want to work more closely with Mental Health colleagues, GPs working in shared care and Community leaders from the Voluntary Sector to ensure we reach as diverse a population as possible. Our service will be flexible and able to respond to change whenever necessary.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to lead and manage a service, with partners in conjunction with our Borough Services Manager, Commissioners, Service Users and Carer Representatives. The appointed manager will ensure that the service continues to operate at a level that would be rated as outstanding whilst within budget. You should be able to demonstrate extensive experience of managing teams both clinically and operationally at a senior level and reached local and national targets in the substance misuse field.
