Job description

About you
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and build strong relationships across a spectrum of statutory &voluntary organisations, communities and individuals
  • Good organisation and time management skills, prioritising and adhering to targets set and finding solutions to problems
  • An understanding of dementia and the needs of people with dementia and their carers
  • Experience of managing volunteers, staff and leading a geographical placed team
  • Experience of managing the learning and development of others
  • Experience of working with statutory and voluntary agencies
  • Experience of record keeping, report writing and extracting data figures
  • Local area knowledge
  • Must be able to work independently and part of a team
