The individual will be working within the DC Dealing Project team and will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
Monitor the receipt of all corrective deal requests through to completion.
Analyse the corrective deal requests and ensure the most appropriate method of correction is being applied.
Processing of loss calculations, corrective deals & reversals.
Ensure all work is checked within the agreed deadlines.
Assist the Admin team with member related queries when needed.
Provide training to own team.
Provide technical training to the Admin team on corrective dealing.
Respond to Investment Manager and internal queries.
Maintain accurate data on the core administration system.
Produce accurate monthly statistics / reporting.
Assist the Dealing team with processing / checking ad hoc deals, external switches, contract note updates and monitor the receipt and payment of all transactions from Trustee bank accounts.
Maintain the reconciled position between the bank account, the core administration system and the investment manager.
Work to tight deadlines and communicate progress.
Communicate effectively with the Admin team via the telephone, remembering each caller will have a different level of understanding.
Record each call as they occur.
Identify areas where the service to clients/members could be improved and communicate to Administration Controller.
Deal with queries and requests by the use of standard letters / calculation templates etc.
Monitor own & team workflow to ensure service levels are achieved.
Accurately perform manual calculations.
Assist the wider team in more complex / project work when required.
Support colleagues for holiday cover and workload peaks.
Help to provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client/members' needs and to promote the Willis Towers Watson brand.
Develop knowledge of clients pension schemes.
Be a point of reference for corrective deal cases.
Ensure timely completion of timesheets.
Knowledge of Microsoft packages and good IT skills.
